1. Scope

This policy describes how the AWPYSTE website (the “Site”) handles personal data. The Site is operated by AWPYSTE Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 69.847.492/0001-51, headquartered at Edifício Palácio das Américas e Vitrine Iguatemy, Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, Office 1119, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, postal code 01452-001.

It applies only to this Site. Products such as Camadas and Devocional do Candomblé, and other websites we link to, have their own policies.

2. What this Site does and does not do

The Site is a small informational site. It has no user accounts, forms, comments or advertising. Specifically:

  • it does not set cookies or use local storage;
  • it does not run scripts, and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools;
  • it does not load third-party content or external fonts (fonts are served from the Site itself);
  • it does not ask you to provide personal data.

3. Data processed

Like any website, requests to the Site are processed by our hosting and content delivery provider, Cloudflare, Inc. This involves technical data sent by your browser: IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, and language headers. This data is necessary to deliver the Site, keep it available and protect it from abuse.

Cloudflare may produce aggregated traffic and security statistics. We do not use them to identify visitors.

4. Legal basis

Processing of this technical data is based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018, art. 7, IX).

5. Sharing and international transfer

Data is shared only with Cloudflare, as our infrastructure provider. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside Brazil, under the safeguards provided by the LGPD for international transfers.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We do not keep our own logs of visits. Technical data retained by Cloudflare follows the retention periods of that provider.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and review of consent, where applicable. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Because the Site does not collect data that directly identifies visitors, we may hold little or nothing to act on. To submit a request, write to contact@awpyste.com.

8. External links

The Site links to other websites, such as camadas.app, devocionalcandomble.app and Google Maps (opened only when you click the map link). We are not responsible for the practices of other sites. Please read their policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision. If the Site changes in a way that affects data processing, such as adding analytics or a contact form, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
